When Knight Cat AI returns a credit or refunds an unused pack
2026/10/12
This page is the refund policy for knightcatai.com. Questions go to support@knightcatai.com.
One credit makes one HD video (720p, 10 seconds, 9:16, with sound). Packs are one-time purchases: $5.99 for 1 credit, $12.99 for 3, and $29.99 for 10. Credits do not expire. There is no subscription.
The free still is watermarked and does not use a video credit. A failed still does not use a video credit.
If a paid video fails, or it is still running after 10 minutes, the credit is returned once to the same account. You can spend it on another video.
If you have not used the credit, email support@knightcatai.com within 24 hours of your first order and we will refund that unused purchase.
A video that was delivered is not refunded because you dislike the result. Review the watermarked still before you spend the credit.
