Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy covers everything you upload to Knight Cat AI (knightcatai.com) and everything you generate with it: photos, prompts, knight stills, and videos. It is part of the Terms of Service. Knight Cat AI uses AI-generated content (AIGC). Stills are made with Google's Nano Banana 2 (Gemini image, model id gemini-nano-banana-2.1-ext). Videos are made with Alibaba's Wan 3.0 (model id wan3.0-video). Both are accessed through APIMart.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, request, generate, or share any of the following:

1. Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses, fetish content, or anything pornographic.
2. Violence and gore: graphic injury, blood, mutilation, torture, cruelty to animals, or content that promotes or glorifies real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
3. Hate speech and harassment: content that attacks, demeans, or threatens people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or similar traits, and content made to bully or harass a person.
4. Child-unsafe content: any sexualization or exploitation of minors, any content that endangers children, and any photo of a child.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation: content that shows a real person without their consent, impersonates a celebrity, public figure, or private individual, or is made to deceive people into thinking it is real (fraud, political disinformation, fake endorsements).
6. Copyright and trademark infringement: photos you do not have the right to use, and content that copies protected characters, artwork, logos, or brands in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

Child sexual abuse material, content that promotes terrorism, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes are never allowed. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

You also may not use the service for anything illegal, to spam, to evade our limits, or to attack or overload the service.

Your Responsibilities

Upload only your own pet, yourself, or an adult who agreed. Review every result before you post it, and label it as AI-generated when a platform or a person asks.

How We Moderate

• Model safety filters: every request passes through the safety filters of the upstream models (Google Nano Banana 2 and Alibaba Wan 3.0) via APIMart. Requests or outputs those filters flag are blocked and not delivered.
• Fixed prompts: the knight styles use our own prompts. You cannot type a free-form prompt, which limits misuse.
• Review of reports: we review every report we receive and may review the related uploads, outputs, and account activity.

Enforcement

If you break this policy, we may, depending on how serious it is: remove the content, block further generation, restrict your account, suspend your account, or terminate it permanently. Under our no-refund policy, credits on an account that we restrict, suspend, or terminate for a breach are forfeited and are not refunded. Serious cases, including any child-unsafe content, may be reported to law enforcement.

Reporting Misuse

To report content made with Knight Cat AI that breaks this policy, or to report a photo of you used without consent, email support@knightcatai.com with a link or description and, if possible, the date. We aim to respond within 72 hours and act on confirmed violations promptly.
