# Ramalama Bang Bang Pet Costume Walk

HTML page: https://knightcatai.com/trends/ramalama

What the Ramalama (Bang Bang) costume walk is, how the October 2026 wave turned it into an AI pet costume reveal, and where the costume side is made.

Updated 2026-10-20.

The Ramalama walk is a fan format built on Róisín Murphy’s 2005 track “Ramalama (Bang Bang)”. Creators film the original walks themselves; AI pet versions are a newer, separate twist. Knight Cat AI is not affiliated with Róisín Murphy or TikTok.

## What the format is

A short vertical reveal filmed to “Ramalama (Bang Bang)”. The phone sits low and frames only legs and shoes stalking toward it on the beat; on the whispered “taking a picture”, the camera tilts up and reveals the full costume. Around Halloween the reveal is almost always a costume — princess dresses, witches, movie characters.

The pet twist swaps the person for an animal: AI clips show kittens and dogs doing the same stalk-and-reveal, changing costume at every cut. Our costume tools live on AI pet Halloween costume (/ai-pet-halloween-costume) and the Halloween pet AI hub (/halloween-pet-ai).

## Filmed or generated?

Most Ramalama walks are filmed in a real costume — no AI involved. The generated versions start from one photo and let the model handle the walk and the costume changes, which is why template sites picked the format up in October 2026. This page tracks the trend; the costume looks you can make today are on the Halloween hub (/halloween-pet-ai).
